we do our best to make people welcome. Stanley Square is a 40 unit
complex located 15 minutes northeast of Gastonia, NC. We have 2 & 3
bedroom apartments and all units are subsidized under US Department of
HUD Section 8 program.
The Town of Stanley has celebrations several times a year for the
following events Christmas parade, Fourth of July, and the October
Fest. The schools in our area are some of the best in Gaston County.
Our local police department has DARE and other programs in place at
Stanley Middle school. Stanley Police Department has one of the lowest
crime rates in Gaston County with almost no violent crimes in the last

The Town of Stanley had it’s beginnings in the 1700’s when settlers
made their home along a creek that was named Stanley’s Creek for an old
gold prospector that lived there and moved further south later. This
area is rich in history that dates back to the war of Independence with
Britain and the Revolutionary War of the States and can be viewed at
